The first code is on main (2386153, 2026-09-03 00:14 UTC): the Rust job skeleton, the solver plug-in seam and the honest raw placement, reviewed at tier A by three reviewer runs over four rounds (24 findings, none contested). It reads earth-data's certified C1 v0 generation 6c909cc4 by digest and, on this node, compiles Austin's home cell with its 166 buildings and 17 roads byte-identically across two runs, and compiles a Paris cell with the whole-Earth not-imported gap records carried and no invented row. No product bytes exist yet: the plan and manifest are job artefacts.
